PRESS RELEASE:  BAY AREA Home Stager Named Finalist in Home Staging Industry Award for Second Consecutive Year

Kathy Burke of Sensational Home Staging has again teamed with Sue Rubin, Partner at Empire Realty-Danville, to become a Finalist in the Real Estate Staging Association’s (RESA®) home staging competition in the category of ‘Occupied Home Staging’.

Danville, CA - January 2012 - For the second consecutive year Ms. Burke has been named a RESA finalist for staging a home listed by Ms. Rubin.  Excellence in Occupied Home Staging is turning into a bit of deja vu for Kathy and Sue.  In last year's competition Ms. Burke was a Finalist representing the Western US Region, while this year it's for national recognition in the category 'Best Occupied Home Staging - United States'.

Ms. Burke submitted photo entries that were voted on my home staging industry peers throughout North America.  The homes, which earned Finalist honors for both 2011 and 2012 awards, were staged and showcased for sale in partnership with Sue Rubin of Empire Realty-Danville.  Both homes honored were staged, marketed and sold in a matter of days.

In today's challenging real estate market, professionals like Kathy and Sue have developed a successful plan to work with sellers to prepare, stage and market homes to SELL.
