Keller Williams~Danville Lobby “Staged” and Open for Viewing
My Danville, CA based home staging company, Sensational Home Staging, was recently contacted to STAGE the lobby of the local Keller Willaims Office. This portion of the lobby is an open area not used as a waiting area for clients so it was open to interpretation!
The 'staging' is part of a monthly opportunity to set up the Lobby and ‘show off’ what can be done to bring a corner to LIFE!
What a GREAT opportunity to demonstrate what can be done with staging!
Prior to staging the vacant corner looked small and undefined. Once staged it is showing much LARGER and now clearly defined as a Dining Room! All this with the use of properly scaled furniture, lively art & accessories and all set up to define the space!

I'm thinking of contacting several of the local offices to see how I might do something similar....not all have the luxury of having ample open space but at least could do Art & Accessory set up in a conference room??

Sharon....I thought it was a brilliant idea for both the Stager & Agents!!!! Previous stagers had all done some type of Living Room so I wanted to break out of the pack with the Dining Room!
